Meet Dr. Alyssa Welch, PT, DPT

A Root-Cause, Fascia-Centered Approach to Healing

I don't chase symptoms - I look at the whole picture. The body adapts to everything it experiences. Fascia, breath, oral posture, mobility, and nervous system patterns all work together. My holistic approach utilizes a gentle, body led technique to help your body release deep-rooted tension patterns that affect sleep, feeding, behavior, posture, mobility, pain, and overall function. My goal is always the same: helping your body feel safe enough to unwind.

From babies to adults, my approach restores balance, supports long-term healing, and empowers each person to reconnect with their body's innate wisdom.
